Myxomatosis

Brandon Scott

*****

A scientist, who quests to make a name for himself at all costs, unleashes a terror beyond his wildest dreams. A lab assistant, who uncovers the truth one bloody scene after another, learns that a Louisville Slugger is sometimes the best tool for the job. A rabbit, who finds a new lease on life and an insatiable lust for flesh.
This is a macabre short story of science run-amok, written in the vein of classic 80's B-horror trend, that's sure to raise the nostalgia in any horror fan.

A great vein of horror

Citing a great blend of vintage horror with a telling of dark suspense, Brandon Scott has penned a short tale that brings back memories of collecting those 80s/90s horror collections. Great prose and written at a good pace, the story keeps you turning the pages and on the edge of your seat as you would be at an earlier cinema showing. Highly recommend this author for story telling abilities and a flair for dark words. Perfect read with a cuppa before your day is out; you won’t look at rabbits the same again!
